Supervisor Trading
Penempatan : Padang
Responsibilities :
- Create sales strategies (preparing work program, manage funds and promotion, and monitoring the promotion activities)
- Coordinate with distributors, and outlets
- Monitoring sales and customer payments from the sales team
- Provide sales report sales team
- Help overcome the problems of the sales team
Requirements :
- Min 3 years experience as Supervisor OTC Pharmaceutical Company
- Education D3 / S1, Maximum age 32 years
- Interested in working as coach, good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Have the analytical ability, ready to work under pressure, and results orientation
- Nimble, optimistic, initiative, and likes a challenge.
- Able to negotiate, communicative, honest, independent, and spirited leader.
- Placement of: Padang
