1. Penerjemah Bahasa Mandarin
Kualifikasi :
- Maksimal berumur 27 tahun
- Bergelar Sarjana S1 jurusan Bahasa Mandarin
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun
- Memiliki komunikasi interpersonal yang baik
2. Digital Marketing Content Strategist & Analyst
Main responsibility :
- Own the process for creating, enforcing and managing the content production plan on all Citilink’s digital assets
- Maintain communication among cross-functional teams
- Testing and targeting campaign initiatives
- Gathers the individual campaign objectives and requirements
- Delivers the individual campaign reporting and analytical insight
- Focused on overall digital performance – web analytics being the barometer of that performance
- Develops the business requirements document for each project
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor degree in major Computer Science, Information Technology
- Min. 3-5 years experience
3. Digital Marketing Creative & UX Designer
Main responsibility:
- Conceptualize and create design content for all campaign testing and targeting experiences on all Citilink’s digital assets
- Test concepts, perform task and user analysis, and assist with user acceptance testing
- Strategize and drive interactive product development from site map to launch
- Create compelling online consumer experience that drive business results
- Contribute to strategic thinking around content models that adapt, scale and expand over time and distribution platforms
- Possess knowledge of prototyping and wireframe creation too
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor degree in major Graphic Design
- Min. 3-5 years experience
4. Human Capital Shared Service Officer
Kualifikasi :
- Male or Female maximum age 26 years old
- Indonesian citizen
- Min. holds Bachelor Degree/S1 in Information Technology, Accounting, Information System with GPA min. 3.00 within 4.00 scales.
- Experience in data base,personal administration and payroll system min.2 years
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to be placed/assigned to whichever unit and/or branch office according to company’s needs
5. Management Trainee
Main responsibility:
- Classroom training on airline business, global economic trend, brand revitalization, sales-marketing, business law, entrepreneurship and finance
- Job rotation to various units at Citilink Indonesia covering commercial area, services, finance and controlling, business strategy, ground operation
- Assignments at branch offices, leading project in sales, marketing and branding with direct impact to company’s revenue and optimalization

- Male or Female
- Single
- Indonesian citizen
- Min. holds Bachelor Degree/S1 from reputable University
- Max. age 25 years old (for bachelor degree/S1) and 27 years old (for Master Degree/S2)
- GPA min. 3.00 for (for bachelor degree/S1) and 3.25 for (master degree/S2) within 4.00 scales.
- Any major in university are welcomed to apply
- TOEFL score min. 500 or TOEIC score min. 600 (test validity period 2013-2015)
- Active in campus organizations and/or committees
